KLCHRA is a privately held group that owns and oversees a portfolio of businesses, including Tintra, its principal operating company.

KLCHRA acts as an innovation incubator for Tintra and the wider group, developing ideas and ventures built around distinctive technology and defensible know-how. We hold and govern intellectual property, structure licensing arrangements, and support our operating companies as they pursue opportunities in their respective markets.

Our role is both custodial and active: protecting what makes each venture valuable while providing the commercial oversight, strategic relationships, and operating discipline needed for sustainable growth.
